Membership Policy:

All memberships are non-refundable. All membership terms are from January 1st - December 31st. Upgrading a bundle or changing from an individual membership to a bundle membership cannot be made in the 60 days leading up to the Annual Conference. Changes and upgrades will resume the week after the conference ends.

It is not recommended to purchase a new membership in the last quarter of the year as ALL memberships must be renewed annually in January, regardless of when purchased.
